The STALG of V. Pallotta (moulding and processing of technical articles rubber) it was born in 1967, is a reality technology known and established throughout the country through the implementation of the most sundries products ranging from small hydraulic seals, various components of complex personal protective equipment, used special in the electrical and aerospace sectors.
The STALG since 25th November 2003 is certified by DET NORSKE VERITAS ITALY regarding the moulding and the straining of technical articles according to the normative UNI-EN-ISO-9001: 2000 and since April 2005 is certified for the environmental management system UNI-EN-ISO 14001:2004 by DQ CERT.
The production lines of STALG provide the following divisions:
-- Compound Division
The firm has a room rubber with one closed mill and three opens mills. This division is supported by a internal laboratory control and physical-chemical testing of compounds.
-- Moulding Division
Compression presses, injection presses of different dimension (untill 1000x1200 mm) and typology of moulding for the realization of article of any form and dimension.
-- Extruder Division
The straining division is supported by a curing plant autoclave (horizontal and vertical) steam or hot air, and be able to implement any type figure.
